We are searching for a professional Client Services and RFP Writer with great people skills to help our business development, bring new clients on board and ensure the highest level of satisfaction among existing clients. The person in this key position will ensure client care as well as contribute to the achievement of business goals. 

You will be in charge of providing our clients with guidance on a wide range of queries, building strong relationships. You will also coordinate cross-department initiatives with business development, finance, operations and compliance teams to provide qualitative answers to queries and ensure timely responses to RFPs, as well as develop content for marketing and communication. Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage loyalty and enhance our company’s growth through positive client-to-business engagement.

Responsibility
  • Provide support and coverage to the business development team
  • Handle interactions with clients in a professional manner and take ownership of clients’ administrative queries
  • Coordinate the answers to clients’ Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Deliver compliant, professionally-produced proposals within client-defined timeframes
  • Review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product, finance, compliance and legal teams
  • Produce content for communication and marketing purposes
  • Assist with clients onboarding process, maintain clients’ documentation records
  • Prepare dedicated reporting
  • Develop the CRM tool
  • Provide assistance to the marketing and sales teams in organizing events, managing mailings and updating databases
  • Ensure the dissemination of regulatory information
  • Be an ambassador of our brand
Required skills and experience
  • University degree in business Administration, Management or Literature, solid financial knowledge a plus
  • Relevant work experience in the financial industry
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines/prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English and French, German or Italian a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently communicate within a team
  • Proactivity and reliability
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Swiss residency
