Mission
  • You will join the Human Resources department in Geneva, which focus is to develop and ensure human resources long-term strategy and objectives. We are looking for a person organised and interested in developing new ideas. She/He has to be able to approach complex issues and relate with different stakeholders.
Responsibility


EMPLOYER VALUE PROPOSITION

  • Set up the employer branding strategies to enforce the Reyl’s presence on the international job market
  • Increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates
  • Develop employer benefit platform
  • Collects employees’ needs and supports in drafting development path

DATA MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

  • Conceptualises and designs multi-system reports
  • Participates in user needs analysis, product evaluation, selection, customisation, testing, implementation and support
  • Supports management of HR providers in different project phases
  • Performs special projects and analyses of internal measurements and metrics to monitor HR programmes (e.g., employee demographics, turnover trends, data collection and analysis, internal and external benchmarks)
  • Liaises with Head Office on data analysis

ADMINISTRATION

  • Supports line management and provides daily HR guidance
  • Administrative support & HR policy advice
  • Drafts contracts and work certificates
  • Manages absences & performance evaluation processes
Profile
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in banking or related sectors
  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and powerpoint
  • Agile and efficiency mindset
  • Bilingual French & English
  • Swiss residence
