HR Assistant
Mission
- You will join the Human Resources department in Geneva, which focus is to develop and ensure human resources long-term strategy and objectives. We are looking for a person organised and interested in developing new ideas. She/He has to be able to approach complex issues and relate with different stakeholders.
Responsibility
EMPLOYER VALUE PROPOSITION
- Set up the employer branding strategies to enforce the Reyl’s presence on the international job market
- Increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates
- Develop employer benefit platform
- Collects employees’ needs and supports in drafting development path
DATA MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING
- Conceptualises and designs multi-system reports
- Participates in user needs analysis, product evaluation, selection, customisation, testing, implementation and support
- Supports management of HR providers in different project phases
- Performs special projects and analyses of internal measurements and metrics to monitor HR programmes (e.g., employee demographics, turnover trends, data collection and analysis, internal and external benchmarks)
- Liaises with Head Office on data analysis
ADMINISTRATION
- Supports line management and provides daily HR guidance
- Administrative support & HR policy advice
- Drafts contracts and work certificates
- Manages absences & performance evaluation processes
Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in banking or related sectors
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent knowledge of excel and powerpoint
- Agile and efficiency mindset
- Bilingual French & English
- Swiss residence
