Jean-Baptiste Rasson started his career at ING Group in 2000 and over a decade held a number of risk management positions in France, Belgium and then Switzerland, where he became Head of Financial Market Ops and Liquidity Risk. In 2010, he joined Crédit Agricole Suisse as Head of Forex and Treasury, before being placed in charge of portfolio management auditing at Lloyds Banking Group in Geneva in 2013. He was appointed Chief Risk Officer at Hinduja Bank Switzerland in 2015. That same year, he co-founded GIROS, an association of Swiss risk officers, with which he is still actively involved today. Jean-Baptiste Rasson joined REYL & Cie as Head of Risk Management in 2020.
Jean-Baptiste Rasson has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Strathclyde Graduate Business School (1999) and a master's degree in finance from ESC Bordeaux Business School (2000). He has also received the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification (2017) and a Risk Manager diploma from VisionCompliance (2019).
