Mission
  • We are looking for a highly skilled Governance and Policy Manager to oversee our Bank's governance framework. In this role, you will be responsible for managing policies, procedures, and other internal documents, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Responsabilités
  • Keep the Bank policies, procedures, and internal documents up-to-date
  • Coordinate the creation and update of internal regulations, collaborating with various departments
  • Manage the implementation of the Group’s regulations in collaboration with the Intesa Sanpaolo Group
  • Coordinate the local implementation of internal regulations in foreign entities of REYL Intesa Sanpaolo
  • Work closely with REYL Corporate Affairs to ensure proper authorisation processes
  • Ensure the publication and distribution of all documents within the Bank
  • Manage the Group's Policy Portal, serving as the central library for all policies, procedures, and documents
  • Support the Head of HR & Organisation in process optimisation, sizing exercises, and organisational development
Profile
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Background in consulting, project management, or legal field
  • Strong knowledge of banking and governance processes
  • Proficient in digital tools, with familiarity in Policy Management tools considered an asset
  • Detail-oriented and patient
  • Well-organised with a structured approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders, including N-1 executives
  • Polite and service-oriented
  • Fluent in French and English, Italian considered an asset
  • Swiss domiciliation preferred
