REYL & Cie successfully acted as Lead Manager and Paying Agent on the capital increase of Varia US Properties AG (“Varia US”), a Swiss-based real estate company focused on US multifamily housing properties and managed by Stoneweg.

The capital increase, executed in the form of private placements of new Varia US shares and completed on 1 December 2020, raised
CHF 40.4 million, which will be used to further enhance the company’s portfolio in the US.

The first day of trading of the new shares was 2 December 2020 on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
